          Benji Valentina

Benji Valentina is a Montgomery, Alabama-based entrepreneur, real estate developer, and wellness/spa business owner specializing in hair loss solutions, aesthetics, and pampering services.

Benji began her career in residential real estate in 2005 before transitioning to commercial real estate. Her first major commercial project was developing Warehouse 9013 Salon & Spa Suites at 9013 Wares Ferry Road in Montgomery. This space was designed to support aspiring entrepreneurs by providing salon and spa suites for independent business owners.

Within this venture, she created The Microlinks Hair Bar, where she developed a specialized Microlinks hair extension technique (one strand at a time, no wefts/tracks/needles). This became a key offering for clients experiencing hair loss, helping restore confidence. She has partnered with the American Cancer Society to provide services and support for those affected by hair loss due to medical conditions. Her businesses have expanded into wellness and medical aesthetics. Alopecia Med Spa (by Benji Valentina): Focuses on hair loss treatments including Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP/PRF), Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), scalp exams, cranial prostheses (custom hair pieces), and more. Located at 9013 Wares Ferry Road, Suite 100, Montgomery, AL.

Montgomery Head Spa: Offers head spas, scalp facials, Ayurvedic treatments like Shirodhara, and signature experiences such as the “Royal Crown Retreat” and “Tranquil Tresses” 2-hour retreats. Services extend to men (e.g., beard care).

She is actively involved in community initiatives, including Youth Work-Based Learning (YWBL) programs to help young adults (18-24) develop work skills and career exposure. In 2020, she participated in Advertising Week events, speaking on “The Future of Small Businesses” alongside Facebook/Meta VP, Small Business Group, Rich Rao.

Benji Valentina Inc. was formally registered as a domestic corporation in Alabama on August 28, 2024.

Business Expansion: She has announced growth with a second location in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, positioning it as part of building a generational legacy in wellness.

Ongoing Operations: Active promotion of services like head spa retreats, aesthetics treatments, and client success stories through social media and TikTok.  Her earlier collaborations with Meta/Facebook (e.g., small business panels and features like “Boost My Business with Tan France”) continue to highlight her as a case study for local business growth.

She remains a prominent local figure in Alabama’s beauty, wellness, and small business community, with a focus on specialized care for alopecia/hair loss and creating supportive entrepreneurial spaces.
