Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Policy: Customers are requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. We have the rights to refuse all services . Appointment Policy: Customers are required to make an appointment, no Walk-in accepted. We will reschedule all appointments that are 15 minutes late. Gift Card Policy If the E-Gift Card is not scheduled within 6 months from date of purchase, a service charge of $20 per month will be deducted from the balance until the E-Gift Card is used or depleted. After 6 months, a new E-Gift will be issued per recipient request** No refunds on all Gift Cards Health and Safety Policy: All equipment, including combs, brushes, and towels, will be properly sanitized after each use. Customers are expected to inform the staff of any health conditions, allergies or concerns prior to their appointment. We will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse affects resulting from any treatments, unless caused by negligence on our part. Code of Conduct Policy: Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other customers. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of the service without a refund, This policy is subject to change and amendments as required by the Montgomery Head Spa.
